Privacy Policy
How this website handles information.
This policy describes contact-form data, routine technical information, analytics when enabled, and visitors’ choices.
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Alderspire Web Design respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website may collect, why it is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, business name, website address, requested type of help, and a message. Do not submit passwords, financial information, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive information through the public form.
How contact information is used
- To review and respond to your request
- To prepare recommendations, estimates, proposals, or service information you request
- To prevent spam, abuse, fraud, and security threats
- To maintain reasonable business records and comply with legal obligations
Saved website inquiries
Form inquiries are stored privately in WordPress so a failed email does not permanently lose a lead. They may also be emailed to the configured recipient. Private inquiry records are automatically moved to Trash after approximately 180 days. Copies may remain in email, backups, proposals, invoices, or business records when reasonably necessary.
Source and campaign information
The form may save the page where a request was submitted and standard UTM source, medium, and campaign values. This helps Alderspire understand how a visitor reached the form.
Technical information, cookies, and analytics
WordPress, the hosting provider, security tools, and server logs may process IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events to operate and protect the website. Google Analytics is not loaded by this package unless an administrator adds a valid measurement ID. If enabled, analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and this policy and any applicable consent process should be reviewed.
Third-party services
Optional spam protection, analytics, embedded content, scheduling, payment, or other third-party services may process information under their own terms. This policy should be updated whenever the website’s tools or collection practices change.
Jetpack and Automattic services
When Jetpack services provided by Automattic are enabled on this website, they may support functions such as security, spam prevention, performance, backups, or visitor statistics. The information processed depends on the features enabled and may include IP addresses, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, access times, and information submitted through enabled features. Some features use cookies or similar technologies.
For information about Automattic’s handling of visitor data and the individual Jetpack features, see Automattic’s Privacy Notice for Visitors and the Jetpack Privacy Center. This section applies only to services actually used on this website.
Sharing and security
Alderspire does not sell contact-form information. Information may be shared with hosting, email, security, analytics, payment, legal, accounting, or other providers when reasonably necessary to operate the business, respond to a request, complete authorized work, protect rights or security, or comply with law. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask what contact-form information is currently saved, request a copy or correction, or request deletion when retention is not required for legitimate business or legal reasons. Use the website contact form for a privacy request. Identity verification may be required.
Children’s privacy
This website and its services are intended for businesses and adults. Alderspire does not knowingly request personal information from children.
