Can you manage a website you did not build?
Yes. Website takeover and ongoing care are major Alderspire services. The existing setup is reviewed before care begins.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Care plans are currently month-to-month.
Do I still own my website?
Yes. Clients should retain control of their website, domain, content, and primary business accounts.
What if my existing website already has problems?
Alderspire will review it. Significant malware cleanup, broken functionality, outdated software, or other repair work may require a separate quote before a care plan begins.
Do you build new websites?
Yes. New small-business websites start at $1,995, with final scope quoted for the project.
Do you redesign websites?
Yes. Small-business website redesigns start at $1,495, with final scope based on the existing site and project goals.
Do you work with Squarespace?
Yes, for appropriate projects. WordPress is the primary platform for recurring care, and platform-specific care features vary.
Do unused care-plan hours roll over?
No. Included update time does not accumulate into a bank of future development hours.
Are website changes unlimited?
No. Each plan includes the work stated in its description. Larger changes, major pages, redesigns, and development are separate projects.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. Alderspire can improve technical and on-page foundations and monitor search data, but search visibility is influenced by factors outside any provider’s control.
Can I hire you without monthly care?
Yes. One-time updates are $65/hour with a one-hour minimum, and project work is available without a monthly care plan.
What does the Local SEO Foundation include?
It is a one-time foundation for up to five priority website pages, starting at $449. It is not ongoing monthly SEO, unlimited copywriting, a backlink or citation campaign, paid advertising, or a ranking, traffic, or lead guarantee.
